Founded in 2015 by a team of industry experts, IQCA began with a single mission: to bridge the gap between academic knowledge and practical workplace skills, particularly in quality, safety, and business/project management.

Likhitha Koppunur
HR Business Partner (HRBP)
With a background in Business Administration and Human Resource Management, Likhitha Koppunur serves as Director and HR Business Partner (HRBP) of the IQCA Board. She brings expertise in talent acquisition, corporate training, and international education, ensuring that IQCA’s people strategy aligns with its mission. Passionate about bridging academic learning with workplace practice, she plays a key role in driving IQCA’s vision of delivering globally recognised qualifications and certifications.
